Made with stainless steel AISI 304, 18/10 CBT Chocolate with PVD Finish. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), is a thin ceramic coating with high adhesion, with hardness superior to any galvanic coating, low coefficient of clay, high resistance to oxidation. CBT: A finishing touch is given through an intentional ageing process of the stainless steel. This application is only valid for cutlery and utensils and applied only on the whole piece. Dishwasher safe.
