To ensure product quality, as all our products are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or exchange of what has been received intact. You can always contact us for any return question at info@petitsgrecs.gr.

If you are unhappy with the condition of any of your goods, for any reason,  please let us know immediately by telephone on +302310904579 from 10 am to 4  pm or by e-mailing us to info@petitsgrecs.gr

Please do not dispose any of the goods you feel unhappy with, before contacting us.

Important: Please do not dispose of the products and packaging before contacting us. If a paid order is returned to the company and the shipping company is not at fault, we will contact you regarding the possibility of reshipping. If you do not wish to have the order reshipped, we will refund the amount minus shipping and return costs. If you would like the order to be reshipped, the cost of the new shipment and the return must be paid.
