"Biskota" Oat cookies with Cashew spread
With inspiration from the island of Crete and it’s so called Mediterranean diet our Biskota (Greek word for biscuits) we created a fiber-full series of oat biscuits recipes based on olive-oil and nuts spread. The cashew version of our “biskota” is for those that love their mild, creamy, mouthful taste and are looking for a lower fat snack. We have added lemon and ginger to boost their flavor.
Ιngredients: Wheat flour (contains gluten), carob flour, sugars (brown sugar, lemon juice, agave syrup), oat (contains gluten) 12%, olive oil, cashew spread 8 %, baking soda, ginger, natural lemon flavor.
