"Kafes" - Unique Organic Greek Coffee

Inspired by the Petits Grecs recipes, coffee roasters have created an organic, special Greek coffee blend to accompany our little sweet treats. 

Greek Coffee is made using finely ground roasted coffee, water, and often sugar. 
The mixture is combined in a special pot called “briki” and heated slowly until it froths but does not boil.  It is poured directly into a cup without filtering.
