"Koulouraki" Cinnamon - Greek handmade butter cookies

In Greece we name “koulouraki” all the baked treats that somebody would call cookies. The braided version though is considered a classic.

Origin: In this version we used cinnamon, cuisine's favourite spice in Southern Greece and especially in Peloponnese. Local cooks often "sweeten" their savoury dishes by adding some cinnamon and raisins, giving them a hot, spicy flavour.

Ιngredients: Wheat flour (contains gluten), butter (contains milk) 25%, sugar, whey powder, cinnamon, baking Soda,natural vanilla flavor.

Μay contain traces of allergens such as: eggs, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews, soy and sesame.
