"Biskota" Cranberry cookies with pistachio
The shell pistachios of Aegina, a PDO product from Greece, are among the few foods that include many highly beneficial nutritional elements even when consumed in small quantities. They have a sweet taste that is difficult to resist. In our biscuits (Biskota in Greek) recipe we have chosen to pair them with cranberries in order to add sharpness and a slightly tannic flavor to their taste, gaining even higher nutrient and antioxidant benefits.
