"Biskota" Black raisin cocoa cookies with almonds
Biskota is the Greek word for biscuits. In our recipe we have selected to combine the Black Corinthian raisins named Vostitsa, with Greek almonds and cocoa, creating a crunchy, tasty and nutritional biscuit snack.
Ιngredients: Wheat flour (contains gluten), Vegetable oils in varied proportions (coconut oil, soyoil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil), Sugars (Sugar, orange juice), black Corinthian raisins 10%, almonds 10%, cocoa powder 1,5 %, baking soda, sunflower lecithin, cinnamon.
