"Kafes" - Unique Greek Coffee

Inspired by the Petits Grecs recipes, coffee roasters have created a special Greek coffee blend to accompany our little sweet treats. 

Greek Coffee is made using finely ground roasted coffee, water, and often sugar. 
The mixture is combined in a special pot called “briki” and heated slowly until it froths but does not boil.  It is poured directly into a cup without filtering.
